We at PA Homes Direct, Inc have over 15 years experience in the
Modular Home industry.  After years of selling to Builder/Dealers, the idea
of selling direct became a reality on a small scale in 2002.  "Why can't a
retail home buyer purchase a home through an authorized builder of a
factory but, take the responsibility of the builder and save thousands?"  
That was a question my father asked me in 1999.  After a few years of
trial and error, PA Homes was established.
